All our suites are new construction with Smart Apartment App to lock/unlock keyless entry door, and control heating and cooling, expansive windows with roller shades throughout, energy-saving LED lighting, full size washer and dryer in each suite, highest speed wireless fiber internet available Downtown (ready for connection), and views of Cleveland and Lake Erie. Our large gourmet kitchens include stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, modern gray finish soft close cabinets, beverage center (in select suites), flat cooktop, dishwasher, and built-in microwave (most suites). The living areas feature beautiful hard surface flooring and a built-in electric fireplace (excluding Suite Style A1). Our bedrooms are carpeted with ample closet space and custom closet organizers. The bathrooms have ceramic tile floor and quartz countertops.

No, we do not have package lockers or concierge services but instead have our second floor secure Package Room and a Leasing Office Staff that is more than capable of assisting with concierge type inquiries.
Residences at 55 in Cleveland offers a fitness center on the 2nd floor that is open 24/7 with fob access and includes men’s and women’s locker rooms, cardio machines, free weights and stretching areas – and is free to both residents and tenants. The community lounge is also on the 2nd floor featuring a bar area and outdoor patio, community tables, fireplace, and multiple large screen TVs. Fahrenheit Cleveland Restaurant is attached to our building, and we also have a convenience market with café located in the lobby, a package room, and pet washing facility. Wi-Fi access is available in all common areas. We have an attached parking garage and are located in a desirable location near the Warehouse District, the Gateway District, the Northcoast Harbor District, the Playhouse Square Theater District, and Public Square. For your convenience, we have an online resident portal to submit rental payments, maintenance requests, read resident newsletters, and have access to current resident discounts and perks.

Yes - our knowledgeable, dedicated, onsite property management and maintenance teams are always available to assist.
Only trash is included in the rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the resident(s).

No, parking is not included with monthly rent.
To move in, a resident must pay the application fee(s) $50 per person (non-refundable), a $250 hold fee (applied towards security deposit balance at move-in), a Security Deposit and payment for the days remaining in the month they move in.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required. You may choose to use any coverage provider you prefer, but residents at all K&D properties are pre-qualified for renter’s insurance through Resident Shield. This coverage helps protect your personal belongings in the event of fire, water damage, or theft, as K&D does not insure personal property.
